Quality Control Process

1. Materials QC Check

All materials ( PCB, LED, IC, Resistance, Aluminum Profile, Cables etc.) need QC checking.

2. LED CCT Check

Check the LED Color Temperature, Brightness, Color Rendering Index, etc.

3. LED Dehumidification

All LED need dehumidification before SMT. 65℃x 8hours .This ensure the led dry.

4. SMT Process

Using high speed automate machine. Paste LED, IC, resistance. Ensure all the components are in the right place.

5. Reflow Soldering

Go though reflow soldering machine and in approx 220-250℃。 Then the solder paste thaw and bonding together.

6. Inspection

100% QC inspect to ensure there are no defective LED and color shift LED.

7. Soldering PCB

Soldering 0.5m PCB together to get the length customer need. We also have 5m PCB directly no need soldering.

8. Clean PCB Surface

Once soldering completed, the strip PCB will be cleaned by alcohol.

9. Slap Test And Aging

Aging test for 8 hours, ensure each LED runs in good condition. And for COB LED Strip Light, there will be slap test to check the stablebility

10. Waterproof Process

Multiple waterproof version for optional: IP54 Silicone Glue Covering, IP67 Silicone Sleeve Tube, IP68 Silicone Filled in Sleeve Tube, IP68 Silicone Extrusion.

11. Pasted With 3M Tape

All led strip will be pasted with 3M tape, to ensure easy installation.

12. Final Quality Control

Our QC will check on every strip reel, to ensure consistent light color of the strip, as well as good appearance.
